don’t drink booze the night before getting blood drawn. At the very least, compensate for it with water instead of energy drinks. Dehydration means my right arm and both of my hands (ugh, especially the hands) are not pleased with me or those needles right now.
As I was waiting for the bus this evening, I realized I left my phone sitting in the office. Since I had to be back in less than 3 hrs for a second shift I thought ‘no big deal.’ A little after 8pm, when my daily reminder to take my birth control goes off, I realized that my phone was not on silent and would keep ringing and ringing. Also not a big deal…unless, of course, my boss goes over to investigate and sees the words ‘No babies!’ across the screen. Ugh. Girl problems.
